He graduated from the University of Warwick, England with honours in 1991.

He passed his Bar exams in 1992 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in the same year.

After spending a short stint in the Guitar Institute, London, he returned home in 1993 and began his pupillage in Messrs Skrine.

He was called to the Bar of Malaya on Christmas Eve, 1993.

In 1997, he was appointed as an advocate and solicitor for the Supreme Court of Singapore. He is now also a Notary Public.

He prioritises personal attention to clients, knowing their goals and achieving them through the most efficient route within the law. Lateral thinking is the tool – “there are no dead-ends, only paths not yet discovered”.
